There are lots of web pages where you can practise this skill. Feel free to surf the internet and find your favourite ones. Too busy? Do not worry. You will find here some links to my favourite webs. The criteria that I followed to select them? 1. They must be free. Of course! 2. No registration needed. I find it annoying when I have to sign in a webpage just to find my email full of junk mails the next day. 3. And last but not least, the quality. And by "quality" I mean ... "quality". The quality of the audios, the questions etc... I tried to choose pages the tests of which are similar to the ones you will find in the actual exam. BONUS 4. Tapescripts. If you can have access to the tapescripts, that is an extra asset.

Engexam.info This is probably the best page you can find online for free. It has 15 tests and its overall quality is outstanding. You can also find the tapescripts... It's just perfect!
Virtuaule Another webpage to practise your listening skills.
idiomium All in one page! Great page where you will find exercises from the above pages plus many more!
General instructions
1. Copy the conditions that you will find in the real test. That means, listen to the audios only twice.
2. Make sure you'll have enough time to finish the whole test. It is not advisable to do one part, then go shopping, then have lunch... and resume the exam hours later.
3. Once done, review the test and pay special attention to the questions you got wrong. Try to find out why they are wrong. Tapescripts play an important role here. Also, try to understand the "distractors", the options that seem to be correct, but are not. They are just there to confuse you. ... and have fun! Why not? Some listenings are very interesting and also, the fact that you are able to understand them can be really uplifting. Enjoy that feeling!
If you have your own favourite webpage and want to share it with the world (students who, just like you, are willing to pass the exam and need as many resources as possible) send me an email and I will add it to the list!
